Five Month Anniversary of the Weinstein Trial Firm, PLLC

Today marks the 5-month anniversary of the Weinstein Trial Firm and we wanted to take a few minutes to reflect. The day before we left our former firm, we had an abstract view of what our new firm would look like. Confident in success, but unsure of its form. After a very successful four months, our view is crystal clear. In a short time, we’ve built a practice that has brought us into many different areas, allowing us to both refine our skills handling familiar issues but also apply our experience and know-how to new and non-traditional ones. Complexity has become more welcome than ever, as we increasingly become the first call for many of our corporate clients. And that has led us to the now: how we see ourselves and “who we are” today is a staunch competitor to any major civil litigation practice. We work hard for our clients, and our clients have come to trust us on various matters affecting both their legal and overall business interests.

One of the core values in building our foundation at the Weinstein Trial Firm has been strengthening client relationships.  Client relationships are the bedrock and foundation of any successful firm. Our firm’s DNA is never to just meet our client’s expectations. We do not take on any case or matter or even a simple question from a client with the mindset to merely to meet expectations. Each matter presents a new opportunity for us to show how we exceed client expectations. And not at an increased cost. In every case and in every way, we strive to provide value to our clients that goes beyond the matters we were hired for. We forecast three-steps-ahead, offer to review and strategize on areas of our client’s businesses that can use improvement in the legal context, and provide counsel in a way that preserves and strengthens our client’s businesses.

Looking ahead, our goal is to build upon the foundation we have established and accomplish what we know we are capable of—doing something bigger, and even better. With investments in legal technology, stronger client relationships, and diversity of practice, the next chapters of our Firm are going to be some really good ones.
