Weinstein Trial Firm PLLC

Bigger is not always better.

BETTER, is better.

Who We Are

The Weinstein Trial Firm is proud to counsel and represent the interests of sophisticated clients across Florida and beyond. We are business litigators who leverage extensive trial experience, a mastery of procedure and evidence, and use of the latest technologies to provide unparalleled advocacy and results for small and medium-sized businesses as well as international enterprises.

We are unphased by those who brag of head counts, office size and the highest hourly rates because we know, and in every case we show, those things do not themselves make a law firm better.

BEING better, is better.

Florida Litigation Counsel Intelligence

The Weinstein Trial Firm serves as Florida litigation counsel to a number of clients with national and international presence. We are also engaged by regional and national law firms as well as numerous in-state general practice firms and attorneys to represent the interests of their clients as their Florida litigation counsel. We provide the latest legal intelligence, insights and experience in most local venues and guide all of our clients through the complexities of litigating in any of Florida's courts.

Practice Areas

The Weinstein Trial Firm purposefully represents clients in a variety of industries, each with a multitude of complex issues. Tunnel vision is a disadvantage in litigation. Broad practice representation is not just good for business, but our experience litigating and trying cases across a wide range of industries gives us a uniquely broader perspective in every individual dispute. It allows us to evaluate matters from different perspectives, with more insight, and we are able to identify and often create advantageous solutions where others cannot.

Here you will find some of the areas the Weinstein Trial Firm currently litigates in courtrooms around Florida:

When business relationships break down and agreements are breached, strategic legal action becomes essential. We analyze every detail, uncover overlooked remedies, and leverage deep litigation experience across a wide range of complex commercial disputes to deliver results that matter.

A cornerstone of our practice, we defend manufacturers, distributors, service providers and property owners in complex product liability and wrongful death claims. With decades of experience, deep technical knowledge, and a trial-ready approach, we build strong defenses, challenge expert testimony, and deliver results in even the most demanding cases.

We represent a number of global companies in complex asbestos, talc and other toxic tort litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial. With extensive experience in this area and having handled hundreds of claims in each of Florida’s major venues, we deliver strategic defense, secure favorable resolutions, and stand ready as trusted trial or local counsel when it matters most.

Professional liability claims demand more than legal knowledge—they require a deep understanding of judgment, standards, and complex facts. We combine the right experts, strategic analysis, and clear advocacy to effectively defend licensed professionals and their insurers in high-stakes disputes.

A substantial area of our practice, we handle construction defect claims across Florida—from early investigations to complex, multi-party litigation and trial. With experience across all project types, we leverage a deep understanding of contracting and contract interpretation, codes, permitting, inspections and insurance issues to protect our clients’ interests and drive results.

We represent both self-insured clients and major insurers in a wide range of claims, delivering efficient, results-driven defense strategies. With a strong understanding of budgets, reporting, and billing guidelines, we align with insurers and insureds to eliminate surprises and protect their interests at every stage.

Beyond leading trials and arbitrations, we partner with existing counsel to strengthen complex, high-stakes cases. Whether engaged early or close to trial, we quickly assess, add strategic value, and deliver experienced support exactly when it’s needed.

Stuart Weinstein

Managing Partner

I spent twenty-five years growing the complex commercial litigation, products liability defense and construction defect litigation groups at regional and national law firms, which included everything from negotiating deals with national impact to first chairing jury trials on behalf of some of the largest companies in the world. I have spent countless hours and gained invaluable insights in boardrooms, in war-rooms and in courtrooms, and I have been fortunate enough to learn many important lessons about the law, about procedure, about judges, juries and other lawyers, along the way.

I have worked hard to be an innovative and effective advocate for so many organizations and individuals, and I am proud to have mentored many others to be the same. Those who work with me know what success in a courtroom looks like and know how to leverage a deeper understanding of the law, technology, rules of evidence and civil procedure in order to achieve cost-effective, expedient and, frankly, better results. And how do we know they are better? Because our results are meaningful, memorable, desirable and routinely exceed our client’s expectations.

I formed Weinstein Trial Firm with a mission to offer skilled negotiation, litigation and trial counsel to individuals and companies of every size in nearly every industry; to give calculated advice and up-to-the-minute guidance on changing risks; and to deliver demonstrably high-quality lawyering while protecting our clients’ interests, whether in a boardroom or a courtroom, in Florida or beyond.  With our focus on results, we will always deliver the highest caliber of legal advocacy for those we are proud to call clients of the Firm.
